Service
The Development/Project Department:
Project Management of all physical buildings proposed and underway
Provides a comprehensive structure for the planning and co-ordination of all physical requirements for present and planned building developments
The focus of the work is to enhance the quality of care for both the patients and their families and to facilitate the access of patients to the hospital service
The team facilitates change to meet the developing needs of our patients
The team manages and/or advises on many day-to-day building and facilities issues
The Development/Project Team is a multi-skilled unit with staff drawn from a variety of backgrounds, whose professional training in nursing, administration, science and information technology complement each other.
