• The Out-Patients department is open from 08:15 to 17:00 Monday to Friday (except Bank Holidays & Public Holidays)

The Out-Patients Department provides:

• It provides an appointment service for treatment of patients on an out-patient basis i.e. patients that are not being admitted to hospital.

• Out-Patients is not an emergency service it is an appointment service.

• Registration of all patients to update the patients details e.g. address, telephone, G.P.

• Answers queries in relation to Out-Patients Appointments.

• Give information on Out-Patient Waiting Lists

• The Out-Patients Department consists of 10 Consulting Suites which provide a service for patients up to the age of 14 (New Referrals).

• Where possible clinics are multi-disciplinary to encourage patient centred care and less visits for patients.

• The Ma in Out-Patients desk is divided into an appointment side to your right as you stand in front of the desk and a check-in side on the left. You only need to take a ticket if you are registering for an appointment. If you wish to make an appointment you can go straight to the Appointments Desk.
