Guidelines for Parents/Guardians & Visitors

In order to minimise the spread of infection the following applies to all Parents / Guardians & visitors to OLCHC until further notice:

Please clean your hands on entry and exit to the hospital/ ward or department.
Adults with symptoms of a flu–like illness will be asked to leave the hospital.
Children admitted with a flu-like illness may only have one carer in attendance.
The carer will be offered a mask for their protection.
The carer is restricted from access to all areas of the hospital with the exception of their child’s room.

Thank you for your cooperation in helping us to safeguard the children and staff of this hospital.
